What a wonderful blessing to live in this choice land. Preserved by our God as a blessing to the righteous, ours is the responsibility to secure and maintain the freedoms we enjoy. We do so by making correct choices based upon principles of righteousness. Mosiah writes, “if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose inequity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you”. For those who keep the commandments of God, this land as prophesied by Lehi in the Book of Mormon “will be a choice land…a land of liberty” where the obedient prosper and “dwell safely forever”.
